Inward/Outward Manager(GRN)

Job Title: GRN Manager (Inward & Outward Operations)

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 36 Years (Warehouse/Logistics/Inventory)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the complete Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process for all inbound materials.

Verify quantity, quality, and documentation of incoming goods as per purchase orders.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of inward materials in the system (ERP/WMS).

Oversee outward dispatch operations, including picking, packing, and shipment documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, purchase team, and transporters for smooth material movement.

Maintain proper inventory records, stock reconciliation, and daily transaction updates.

Monitor and improve warehouse processes, ensuring minimal errors and discrepancies.

Handle team supervision, shift planning, and workflow management.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, audit requirements, and company policies.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of GRN, inward, outward & dispatch processes

Experience in ERP/WMS systems

Good communication & coordination skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Team handling experience preferred
