Inviting Applications for Analytical R&D roles in Sai Life Sciences, Hyderabad

1.      Handling, Maintenance and Calibration of HPLC &UPLC (UV, CAD and ELSD) Instruments (Agilent , Waters ,Shimadzu) with two to 6 years of experience IN API or CDMO.

2.      HPLC support for raw materials, In-process, Intermediates, Finished Products in API and CDMO

3.      Analyzing Reaction Monitoring by HPLC & UPLC of raw materials intermediates, finished.

4.      Good knowledge in method development (HPLC& UPLC).

5.      Experimentation for HPLC & UPLC Method Development stage wise in API or CDMO.

6.      Maintenance of laboratory documents such as Sample and Instrument log book as per as cGMP.

7.      To manage routine laboratory activities like daily calibration of balances and periodic calibration of HPLCs &UPLCs and HPLC & UPLCs instrument maintenance etc.

8.      Maintain the lab chemicals and columns inventory and get the quote as per laboratory requirements.

9.      Expected to be aware of the project scope that he is working on

10.  To plan and conduct the analysis with required skills.

11.  To observe and record the observations meticulously and timely in ELN or LNB.

12.  To share and discuss the observations and data with supervisor.

13.   To be independent in maintaining the HPLC instruments and setting up the instrument for analysis.

14.  Expected to be aware of basics in analytical chemistry (basic analytical techniques – Theory and application) as well as handling of laboratory equipment’s / instruments with basic understanding.

15.  Expected to be aware and working in a safety compliant manner.

16.  Expected to be aware of the required and adequate GMP / GLP and to maintain the housekeeping.

17.  Involves reference standard/Material qualification review activities.
