We are currently preparing for early-stage fundraising and are looking for motivated interns in the United States to support investor research, outreach, and fundraising strategy for our AI/ML product portfolio.

Role: Investor Relations & Fundraising Intern

As an Investor Relations & Fundraising Intern, you will work directly with the founder to support fundraising efforts for Amptiers AI/ML products. This role provides real-world exposure to startup fundraising, venture capital, angel investing, and AI SaaS strategy .

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify U.S. or India -based angel investors, micro-VCs, and early-stage AI/ML investors
• Build and manage an investor database (LinkedIn, AngelList/Wellfound, Crunchbase, VC websites)
• Assist with LinkedIn and email outreach to prospective investors
• Track investor engagement, follow-ups, and responses
• Support preparation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor summaries
• Assist in coordinating introductory calls and investor meetings

Ideal Candidate

• Based in the United States
• Student or recent graduate (Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Tech, AI, or Strategy preferred)
• Strong research and written communication skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and online research tools
• Strong interest in AI, ML, SaaS products, startups, and venture capital
• Self-driven, professional, and detail-oriented

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months (unpaid internship)
• Working Style: Remote, flexible hours
• Commitment: Part-time / internship-level expectations
