Job Title: Investor Relations Specialist
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Years of Experience: 2+ years with CFA Cleared
Position Summary:
- We need a CFA cleared /CA cleared /MBA Finance Cleared professional with 0-2 years or 2+ years in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Fund Management, or Family Office investments.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations professional to lead strategic communication between the company, investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong capital markets understanding, financial analysis acumen, and excellent storytelling skills to manage investor expectations and build long-term shareholder value.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
Education
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA-Level 3 cleared, or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and valuation metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Financial Modeling, Bloomberg/Refinitiv/FactSet tools.
- Ability to work across functions including finance, legal, marketing, and senior leadership.
