Investor Relations Specialist

Job Title: Senior Associate Investor Relations

Location: Mumbai | Andheri East

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday Friday)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Associate Investor Relations who will support communication between the company and the investment community. The role involves financial analysis, preparing investor communication material, coordinating with management, and engaging with investors, analysts, and other market participants. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, understanding of financial statements, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other

stakeholders.

Prepare investor communication materials including investor presentations, earnings

releases, Press releases, conference call scripts, and investor updates.

Analyze financial statements, quarterly results, and industry trends to support investor

communication.

Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and analyst interactions.

Monitor market activity, shareholding patterns, analyst reports, and peer performance.

Track investor feedback and provide insights to management.

Support preparation of annual reports, management discussion; analysis (MD&A), and corporate presentations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosures and stock exchange requirements.

Maintain investor databases and track investor interactions.

Desired Profile:

MBA / Graduate in Finance/CFA Level 1, or candidates with 02 years of experience in

Investor Relations.

Strong communication skills, including public speaking and stakeholder management.

Strong understanding of financial statements and basic valuation concepts.

Excellent PowerPoint presentation and Excel skills.

High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-driven individual comfortable working in a boutique set-up with an entrepreneurial

environment.

Strong interest in capital markets and listed companies.

Ability to work closely with senior management and external stakeholders.
