Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking a Investor Relations Manager based in Mumbai. This full-time position requires 4 - 5 years of experience. The role will focus on strengthening and managing relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring clear, consistent, and credible communication of the companys strategy, performance, and long-term vision. The individual will act as a key link between the companys leadership team and the investment community.

Eligibility criteria:

Candidate with MBA-Finance / BBA Finance /CFA

Candidates with 4 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred

Ability to critically analyse various business situations and policy initiatives is highly essential.

Strong presentations and communication skills are must

Job Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to work in the Investor Relations function. This will involve gathering company and industry data, doing benchmarking studies, peer analysis, building financial models, making corporate presentations, write short research notes to pitch the company.

Conceptualisation and development of investor collaterals including Investor Presentation, Quarterly Earnings Presentations, Weekly Industry Reports, Press Releases, Annual Reports

Interaction with the management for updates on the future strategies.

Collaboration with other teams such as Finance, Strategy, Legal, Accounting, Products teams etc on a regular basis.
