Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join the Investor Relations function. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automotive sector and a strong understanding of financial analysis, stakeholder communication, and capital market interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the companys Investor Relations strategy and communication.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, quarterly results notes, and annual reports.
• Coordinate with internal finance, strategy, and leadership teams for financial disclosures.
• Analyze financial performance, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning.
• Handle investor queries and support earnings calls, analyst meets, and investor roadshows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to disclosures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Track shareholding patterns, investor feedback, and market perception.

Key Requirements

• CA (Qualified) Mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in Investor Relations / FP&A / Corporate Finance.
• Strong preference for candidates from Automotive / Auto OEM / Auto Component industry.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financial reporting standards.
