TwinMaster is an award-winning AI platform embedding an advanced design copilot directly into industry-standard 3D and BIM tools used by millions of architects, engineers, and construction professionals worldwide. Our AI enables predictive, multi-objective reasoning across cost, carbon, energy, daylight, zoning, and constructability.
We are actively engaged with global AEC software leaders (including Autodesk and Bentley) and are preparing for scaled commercial rollout.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Investor Outreach & Pipeline Operator to support our fundraising efforts. This is a hands-on operational role , not a strategy or sales leadership position.
You will work closely with the CBO and CFO to build, manage, and maintain a qualified angel and seed-stage investor pipeline , ensuring consistent outbound activity, follow-ups, and scheduling.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, persistent, and comfortable operating in structured workflows with clear performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Research & Qualification
- Research and identify angel and seed-stage investors aligned with TwinMasters sector (AI, SaaS, AEC, climate, enterprise technology)
- Qualify investors based on clear criteria (stage, check size, accreditation, recent activity)
- Maintain accurate investor profiles and notes
Outbound & Follow-Up Execution
- Execute personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Manage systematic follow-ups and reminders
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with qualified investors
Pipeline Management
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM (e.g., FounderSuite or equivalent)
- Track outreach status, responses, meetings, and outcomes
- Flag high-signal investor interest to the executive team
Operational Support
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports
- Ensure consistent daily execution
- Support CEO/CFO with investor logistics and coordination
What This Role Is Not
- Not a fundraising strategist
- Not a deal closer
- Not a commission-based or equity-based role
- Not a spray and pray lead generation job
This is a precision, execution, and discipline role .
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and structured workflows
- Comfort with LinkedIn, email outreach, and investor communications
- Ability to follow defined processes with consistency
- High reliability and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in startup fundraising support
- Familiarity with angel or early-stage VC ecosystems
- Experience working with US-based executives or startups
- Background in SaaS, AI, or B2B technology environments
