Investment & Strategic Finance Associate (Fundraising & M&A)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Investment & Strategic Finance Associate to lead capital raising, investor outreach, and strategic deal execution for a fast-scaling global superfoods and FMCG business, on-site in our Kochi office, with an established branch in the United States offering valuable international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with global investors (Private Equity, VCs, Family Offices)

- Lead investor outreach, pitch coordination, and follow-ups

- Build financial models, valuation decks, and investment materials

- Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships

- Manage investor data rooms and due diligence processes

- Assist in government tenders and institutional partnerships

Preferred Background:

- Experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Finance

- Strong financial modeling & valuation skills

- Prior experience in fundraising or M&A is a plus

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
