What is the group (Data, Analytics, and Financial Due Diligence Group) responsible for?

• Financial services professional to support a new group focused on data, analytics, and financial due diligence that will support Lexington’s global secondaries and co-investment teams in various aspects of underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and other related areas. The group will particularly focus on reviewing and transcribing financial reporting information into a broader database.

What is the ongoing responsibility of a Senior Associate?

• Work closely with Lexington’s London investment team to participate in deal-related workflows

• Manage data compiling and digital transition with the use of DealCloud, iLevel and similar tools

• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuations, and comparable company analyses under the guidance of investment team members

• Help gather and organize financial and operational data from private equity reporting and other sources

• Support general due diligence and research

• Ensure consistently high-quality, detailed work product and on-time production of deliverables

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be Successful?

• 2 – 4 years of experience in financial services, prior employment with a US-based firm is strongly preferred

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Superior financial modeling / Microsoft Office skills

• Significant prior experience in financial statement analysis and due diligence

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Team-oriented, energetic self-starter with ability to collaborate across the Lexington platform

• Strong work ethic and proactive, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for expanding knowledge

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• High ethical and professional standards
