Investment Product Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking an Investment Products Specialist to drive our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in India. The role involves curating and managing investment solutions tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and institutions.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Investment Product Management: Curate and manage a suite of investment products, including mutual funds, PMSes, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and alternative investments.
• Rigorous Analysis: Shortlist product ideas based on deep analysis with end-to-end responsibility for taking approval and execution in an Investment Committee framework.
• Client Portfolios: Build portfolios for existing & prospective clients using tools & databases; Preparation of client portfolio proposals & pitch presentations, assist in client portfolio monitoring & rebalancing
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and compliance, to ensure seamless product implementation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure investment products adhere to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines.
• Sales Enablement: Train relationship managers and advisors on product features, benefits, and positioning.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client discussions, provide product insights, and help drive investment allocations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of investment products and suggest refinements.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment product management within a wealth management, asset management, or private banking setup.
• Strong understanding of Indian financial markets.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong ability to analyze investment opportunities and risks.
