Job Position : ECM -Investment Banking

Job Description:

Execute IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issue, OFS transactions

Manage due diligence, DRHP/RHP drafting & regulatory filings

Liaise with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited

Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, registrars & syndicate members

Support investor presentations & transaction documentation

Eligibility:

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA /CS

2 to 6 years in ECM / Investment Banking / Merchant Banking

Strong knowledge of SEBI ICDR Regulations
