Job Description
Position Name - Investment Banking Associate(M&A)
Location - Bengaluru
Experience Range - 2+years
Mandatory Requirement :
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis (Excel).
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, accounting, and valuation
- techniques.
- Excellent skills in excel & PowerPoint for presentations and report creation.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Financial Modeling & Valuation:
- Create detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF),precedent transaction, and comparable company analysis.
- Perform business valuation using multiple methodologies (e.g., DCF, market comps, precedent transactions).
- Analyze financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
2. Transaction Execution:
- Support the execution of mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financings,and restructuring transactions.
- Coordinate and manage deal processes, including preparing pitch books, deal presentations, and client communications.
- Conduct due diligence by working with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
- Assist in drafting transaction documents such as term sheets, offering memoranda, and client presentations.
3. Market & Industry Research:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and research on potential investment opportunities or market dynamics.
- Analyze market data and compile industry reports to support client strategies.
4. Administrative & Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
- Monitor and report on transaction progress and financial performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: CA or MBA from a reputed B School
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
- Experience in M&A, debt/equity capital markets, or other advisory services is highly preferred.

- Strong communication skills and should have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
