Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. This on-site role involves providing strategic financial advisory services, building detailed financial models, conducting valuations, performing due diligence, and supporting deal execution processes. The associate will also collaborate closely with clients to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the delivery of impactful investment banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Valuation techniques
• Strong experience in conducting Due Diligence and applying comprehensive Analytical Skills
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and investment banking processes
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is a strong advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software tools
