Investment Banking Analyst and Senior Analyst

Job Description:

Creation of valuation models including but not limited to merger models, LBO models, DCF valuation, capital structure modelling, etc.

Preparing the three statement models for helping qualitative side.

Handling 80% of quant work as taking over for Quant side.

Provide deep insights on the sectors and companies under coverage for our global clients.

Create company profiles, executive summaries, competitive landscapes, investment decks, industry reports, financial analysis and benchmarking, information memorandums, newsletters, pitchbooks, idea generation, etc.

Supervision, mentoring, conflict management, training, continuous feedback for performance improvement and developing the Executives and Analysts.

Maintain target industrys key databases, handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements

Client communication for project execution and ensuring quality delivery

Be responsible for quality checks and client deliverables

Requirements:

Education: CFA/MBA (Finance from the reputed premium institute)

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Knowledge of databases such as Factset, YCharts, Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, and Mergermarket

Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times and ability to follow deadlines, and willingness to learn
