Hiring: Associate / Analyst Real Estate Investments

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 48 years

We are looking to hire an Associate / Analyst to support investment and expansion strategy within a fast-growing platform in the industrial and logistics real estate space.

This role offers strong exposure to acquisitions, financial modelling, and transaction execution, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact deals.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, land acquisitions, and build-to-suit developments, supporting the full lifecycle from analysis to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis)
• Evaluate land acquisition and BTS (build-to-suit) opportunities
• Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis
• Support deal structuring and transaction execution
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and internal notes
• Perform market research and competitive analysis
• Assist in due diligence across financial, legal, and technical aspects
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external partners

What Were Looking For

• 48 years of experience in real estate investments / financial modelling
• Strong experience in financial modelling and IM preparation
• Background in real estate, private equity, consulting, or advisory

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / CA / CFA
• Understanding of the Indian logistics / industrial real estate market

Key Skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
