Role Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Investment Analyst (Fresher) to support portfolio strategy, research, client engagement, and lead management. The role combines analytical responsibilities with proactive client communication and business support.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Research

1. Conduct equity, mutual fund, fixed income, and alternative investment research

2. Track market trends, macroeconomic developments, and sector performance

3. Assist in portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies

4. Prepare investment notes, MIS reports, and client presentations

Client Engagement & Calling

1. Proactively call and connect with clients for portfolio updates and follow-ups

2. Call qualified leads and set up introductory conversations for Relationship Managers

3. Assist in explaining basic investment products and resolving client queries

4. Schedule and coordinate review meetings

Lead Tracking & Business Support

1. Track and manage incoming leads in CRM systems

2. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain engagement records

3. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion updates

4. Maintain accurate client data and documentation

Required Skills

1. Strong analytical and numerical ability

2. Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

3. Confidence in client calling and follow-ups

4. Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

6. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Eligibility

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field

2. Freshers can apply (prior internship in finance is an advantage)
