Investment Advisor Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd. (KAAML)

Job Role

• Manage the financial planning and investment advisory process for HNI, UHNI and Family Office clients
• Understand client risk profile and investment objectives and suitably advise clients on asset allocation and investment options across all asset classes - Equity, Fixed Income & Alternates
• Regular engagement with clients covering market events and impact on their portfolios and dynamic restructuring of the same with changing market conditions
• Detailed discussions on house views, asset allocation and performance benchmarking analysis of client portfolios on a predefined frequency
• Monitor portfolio investment policy statement (IPS) and report deviations. Ensure portfolios are aligned to the IPS to capitalize on prevailing opportunities without compromising on investment objectives
• Focus on portfolio performance leading to increase in AUM and wallet share with the client

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• MBA from Tier 1 B-School or CA or CFA

Experience:

• Overall relevant work experience of at least 5 years

Other Requirements:

• Good understanding of investment ideas across equities, fixed income and alternates from a client suitability standpoint
• Understanding of investment products and asset allocation methodologies
• Sound Understanding of financial markets and keenness to stay updated
• Being up to date with current market trends, fund performances, investment products and competition product offerings
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be able to articulate investment strategy to clients with supporting rationale
