Inventory Lead

Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory across the warehouse to ensure accuracy and availability.

Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting root causes and corrective actions.

Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Work closely with inbound and outbound leads to ensure accurate stock movement and documentation.

Identify and address stock variances, damaged goods, and mislocated items.

Ensure stock rotation practices such as FIFO or FEFO are properly followed.

Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures.

Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to support operational planning.
