About the Role

The GRN Executive will manage end-to-end inward and outward warehouse operations, ensuring accurate GRN processing, inventory control, and smooth coordination across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities :

• Verify quantity, quality, and documentation of incoming materials as per purchase orders
• Ensure timely and accurate GRN entries in ERP/WMS systems
• Handle outward dispatch operations including picking, packing, and shipment documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase teams, and transporters for smooth material movement
• Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation, and daily transaction updates
• Monitor warehouse processes to minimize discrepancies and operational errors
• Supervise warehouse staff, manage shifts, and ensure workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and company policies

Qualifications :

• Experience: 1-3 years (Warehouse / Logistics / Inventory)

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of GRN, inward, outward, and dispatch processes
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
• Team handling experience is an added advantage
