About Position:
The Intune Architect with SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining, designing, and driving the modern endpoint management strategy across the organization. This position plays a critical role in transitioning traditional device management models to a cloud-first, modern management framework using Microsoft Intune, while ensuring seamless coexistence and integration with SCCM/MECM where required.

What You'll Do:
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and define enterprise-level Modern Endpoint Management architecture using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
- Architect comanagement and hybrid solutions including Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join, Autopilot, CoManagement, and Tenant Attach.
- Develop Intune-based configurations for MDM, MAM, Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, Endpoint Protection, and Conditional Access.
- Define and document the overall Intune, SCCM, PKI, Windows Update for Business (WUfB), and endpoint security posture.
- B. Implementation & Deployment
- Lead deployment of Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, and lifecycle automation.
- Oversee SCCM infrastructure, distribution points, task sequences, OS deployment, patching, software updates, and application packaging/distribution.
- Implement & optimize Intune App Management, including Win32 apps, MSI, MSIX, and LOB applications.
- Manage integration between Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD, and thirdparty tools.
- C. Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance, policies, and standards for endpoint management.
- Ensure compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Work closely with security teams to ensure adherence to Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and compliance frameworks.
- D. Operations & Optimization
- Provide tier4 technical support and guide engineering teams for escalated issues.
- Optimize device performance, endpoint reliability, and user experience through automation and policy tuning.
- Evaluate, test, and roll out new Intune features, SCCM releases, and Windows OS baselines.
- E. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsSecurity, Network, Infrastructure, Workplace Engineering, Application Owners.
- Work with vendors, Microsoft support, and partners for escalations, POCs, and complex solutioning.
- Present architecture proposals, solution roadmaps, and operational impacts to leadership.
- F. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create high-quality documentation: HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, design diagrams, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
- Provide training to internal teams on new Intune, SCCM processes, and modern management concepts.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Expert-level experience in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager):
- MDM/MAM

- App deployment (Win32/MSI/MSIX)
- Autopilot provisioning
- Deep hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM:
- Task sequences
- OSD and imaging
- Patch management
- Software distribution
- Reporting (SSRS/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, RBAC, Identity Protection.
- Experience configuring Windows Update for Business, Feature Update Rings, and Quality Updates.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Lead deployment of Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, and lifecycle automation.
