Role Description

This full-time, on-site Internship Trainee role is located in Bengaluru. The trainee will support various functions, including research, data gathering, and insight generation for ongoing projects. Responsibilities include contributing to documentation, assisting in process management, collaborating with team members for development tasks, and taking part in brainstorming discussions for business strategies. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR Tech environment.

Qualifications

Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
Technical Writing and Documentation skills
Basic understanding of Performance Management Systems, OKRs, and related HR technologies
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with software tools and interest in tech-driven solutions
Ability to manage time effectively and work in an on-site environment
Pursuing or completed Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
Passion for learning and exploring HR Tech innovations
