We are looking for a high-energy, passionate, data-driven, and people-oriented Marketing & Sales Management Intern. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing teams, driving B2B relationships, and ensuring team performance matched with company growth targets.
Compensation & Perks
- Stipend: 40,000 per month.
- PPO Opportunity: 12 LPA package upon meeting performance benchmarks and targets.
- Role Type: Full-time Internship.
Working Structure
- Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
- Location: E-49/7, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi, Delhi
Daily Responsibilities
As a Management Intern, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution:
- Team Oversight: Conduct daily follow-ups with sales executives to ensure pipeline movement.
- Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Data Management: Track KPIs and generate daily performance reports to identify bottlenecks.
- Leadership: Lead weekly synchronization meetings with the marketing team to align on goals.
- B2B Relations: Build, nurture, and manage high-value relationships with corporate clients.
- Hiring & building a B2B customer retention team.
Skills & Characteristics Needed
A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Digitally Smart : Able to integrate digital tools, marketing, CRM, analytics, and automation for scalable growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills (you will be negotiating and leading).
- People Management: Ability to motivate a team and hold them accountable.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing daily micro-tasks.
