As a Functional Consultant Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing enterprise SaaS platforms. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates with a passion for technology, supply chain, and business transformation to work alongside industry experts and contribute to real-world enterprise planning solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation and configuration of o9’s AI-powered planning platform.

• Assist in resolving platform and data-related issues to ensure solution usability and reliability.

• Work closely with functional consultants to test workflows, validate data integrations, and support platform enhancements.

• Participate in identifying and troubleshooting design or process inefficiencies under guidance.

• Contribute to user training sessions and documentation for global business users.

• Help gather feedback and translate business needs into functional requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Skills & Interests:

• Interest in supply chain planning, enterprise software, or business process consulting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of data structures, databases, or enterprise applications (bonus).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
