Position Title-Intern(6 months)

Job purpose


We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team for 6 months. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and operational excellence. You will work closely with the HR Operations team and support day-to-day HR activities


Key responsibilities

  • Intern will support the Human Resources department in its various functions
  • Day to day operations of the HR functions/duties and provide administrative support to HR team.
  • Support documentation activities such as onboarding forms, ID creation, and personnel file updates.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding sessions
  • Assist in exit documentation and clearance formalities
  • Creation of different adhoc letters- employment, VISA, NOC etc
  • Work on employee Helpdesk tickets and employee queries


Key competencies


  • MBA with specialization in Human Resource or similar Post Graduation qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task priority and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
