Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic candidates for International Voice Process (US Clients). If you have excellent communication skills and have completed US Accent Training (Mandatory), this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain professional communication with US clients
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards
- Work effectively in US shift timings
Mandatory Requirements
- US Accent Training Certification (Must Have & Highlighted in Resume)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in US Shift
- Comfortable handling international voice calls
- Based in Chennai / Willing to relocate to Chennai
Preferred
- Experience in Telecom domain (advantage) or comfortable with any domain
- 03 years of experience in International Voice Process
- Freshers with US Accent training can also apply
