Role Overview

As an International Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning premium leisure trips and providing expert consultation to clients looking to explore the world. From destination selection to seamless booking execution, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultation with prospective clients via calls and emails to understand their preferences and provide expert travel advice.
• Create personalized itineraries including flights, hotels, and sightseeing tailored to client requirements and budgets.
• Collaborate with global B2B suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly revenue and booking goals.
• Support clients throughout the planning, booking, and travel process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Continuously enhance destination knowledge through trainings and certifications.

Daily Activities

• Connect with leads through calls and emails.
• Share destination recommendations and travel plans.
• Follow up, resolve queries, and close bookings.
• Issue tickets, confirm bookings, and coordinate with the visa team.
• Provide assistance to clients during their travels if required.
