Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing Regional Manager to lead and scale our student recruitment network across Ahmedabad and wider Gujarat territory.
Ahmedabad is a high-potential outbound student market with strong agency ecosystems and increasing demand for Europe, UK, Canada, and emerging destinations.
This is a field-intensive sales role, requiring 2022 days of travel per month across Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, and other key cities.
The role is fully target-driven with structured incentives and clear growth progression.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Join In Campus across Ahmedabad and Gujarat agency networks
- Drive regional student recruitment targets aligned with quarterly revenue goals
- Identify, onboard, and activate new recruitment partners
- Negotiate commercials and ensure long-term partner retention
- Conduct structured product and compliance training to improve application quality
- Monitor partner performance metrics including lead flow, submission ratio, and conversion rate
- Execute region-specific recruitment campaigns and marketing activations
- Lead partner meets, university visits, and recruitment events
- Provide strategic market insights to increase Gujarat market share
- Manage escalations and ensure service excellence standards
- Mandatory experience in Overseas Education / International Student Recruitment
- Strong understanding of Europe, UK, Canada, and other study destinations
- Proven field sales or partner acquisition track record
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong territory planning and execution capability
- Data-oriented mindset with target ownership
- Bachelors degree required
- Fluency in English mandatory. Gujarati and Hindi proficiency preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives + outstation travel allowance
- Schedule: Morning shift
- Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Field Sales: Candidate must be comfortable staying on field
