Key Markets: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Ivory Coast & nearby regions

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive student recruitment from African countries for Indian universities . The role requires strong local market understanding, partner networks, and a proven conversion track record.

Indian nationals currently settled in African countries (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, etc.) are strongly preferred / required.

• Recruit UG/PG students from African countries for Indian universities
• Conduct student & parent counselling (online/offline)
• Manage local agents, schools, and partner networks
• Handle end-to-end admissions: enquiry offer enrolment
• Support visa guidance and pre-departure processes
• Drive conversion-focused recruitment activities

• 3+ years of experience in student recruitment from Africa to Indian universities
• Strong understanding of Indian higher education offerings
• Existing on-ground network in African markets preferred
• Proven admission conversion results
• Willingness to travel and conduct outreach activities
