Counsel prospective students on study opportunities in Canada, including program selection, colleges/universities, and career pathways
Guide students through the complete admission process for Canadian institutions
Assist with application documentation such as SOPs, resumes, and academic records
Provide accurate information on visa requirements, immigration rules, and study permits
Support students in preparing and submitting visa applications
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian education systems, policies, and changes
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or virtual)
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and students
Track student applications and follow up to ensure timely submissions and updates
Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs
Address student queries and provide post-admission support (accommodation, travel guidance, etc.)
Ensure high levels of customer service and student satisfaction
