Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhapur, Hyderabad for the International Sales Voice Process - USA. Responsibilities include reaching out to international prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating the sales cycle. The role involves authentic communication with decision-makers and ensuring an excellent customer service experience to support client acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in International Sales or USA Voice Process - Minimum 1 year
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a global audience
- Understanding of International Trade and business practices
- Customer Service expertise, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling CRM tools and lead management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in sales roles for the U.S. market is a strong advantage
