Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and goal-driven International Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at Policybazaar. The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable policy recommendations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service across global markets

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with global clients.

Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Confidence to communicate with international customers (UK/US markets).

Good computer literacy and ability to manage CRM tools.

Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts if required
