About the Role:-

Were hiring for an International process involving 25% outbound calling and 75% blended operations (Email handling, Excel-based tasks, coordination, and reporting). This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both communication and backend responsibilities professionally.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle international B2B customer interactions for Group Health products.
• Draft professional and structured email communications for global clients.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow.

Skills & Requirements:-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in BPO/International process is an advantage but not mandatory.
