About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to join our International Sales Team . The ideal candidate will engage with global prospects, identify their needs, promote suitable products/services, and close sales through calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions with international clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful closures .
• Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks .
• Effectively handle objections and negotiate to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to engage with international clients professionally.
• Fast learner with a strong drive to achieve results

Desired Skills & Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in international sales, BPO sales, or lead conversion is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools preferred.
