International Sales Manager NCR (India)
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global business operations based in the NCR region, India. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong international exposure, excellent English communication skills, and proven success in export and B2B solution sales.
This role requires a commercially sharp professional capable of engaging with global customers, distributors, and strategic partners across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve defined revenue and growth targets
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new overseas customers, distributors, and channel partners
- Manage and expand existing international accounts with a focus on long-term relationships
- Conduct structured market research to identify new country and segment opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and contract closure with international clients
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and technical) to ensure smooth order execution
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 510 years of proven experience in international/export sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong exposure to global markets (LATAM, APAC, MEA or Europe is a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency (mandatory)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Solid understanding of export processes and international trade documentation
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
- B.Tech (Engineering) with MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- B. Tech Engineering with MBA (Marketing)
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams across different regions.
