International Sales Manager NCR (India)


We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global business operations based in the NCR region, India. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong international exposure, excellent English communication skills, and proven success in export and B2B solution sales.


This role requires a commercially sharp professional capable of engaging with global customers, distributors, and strategic partners across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand the companys presence in IoT, Smart Metering, and Smart City solutions across global markets.

Identify and generate new business opportunities in regions such as APAC, LATAM, MEA, and Europe.

Promote and sell IoT connectivity solutions including LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, and other smart communication technologies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

Understand customer requirements and propose tailored IoT-based solutions for smart utilities, smart infrastructure, and smart city projects.

Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized IoT and smart metering solutions for clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the IoT and smart infrastructure ecosystem.

Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.

Achieve assigned international sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in IoT, Smart Metering, Smart City, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, or telecom/embedded solutions.

Strong international B2B sales and business development experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage cross-border clients and channel partners.

  • 510 years of proven experience in international/export sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong exposure to global markets (LATAM, APAC, MEA or Europe is a plus)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of export processes and international trade documentation
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • B. Tech Engineering, Electrical , Mechanical with MBA (Marketing)
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams across different regions.
