We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead and drive our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international sales teams/ Managing the floor and operations.
• Proven track record in sales strategy, leadership, and target achievement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in international BPO or sales processes is highly preferred
