Job Description
- Position: International Sales Manager
- Department: International Business / Export Sales
- Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MBA (International Business / Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 08 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand business across global markets.
- Identify and develop new distributors, channel partners, and direct customers in international markets.
- Manage export sales of industrial machinery/laser systems to customers across Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle international negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization with clients.
- Coordinate with technical, application, and service teams to provide customized solutions to global customers.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to promote products.
- Monitor sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Manage export documentation and coordination with logistics teams for international shipments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback for senior management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong international B2B sales experience
- Experience in industrial machinery / capital equipment / automation / laser systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of global markets and export business
- Ability to develop distributor networks
