Intech Forge India Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering manufacturing company engaged in the production of LPG cylinders, refrigerant cylinders, and other pressure vessel products. The company serves domestic and international markets and is expanding its global presence.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for an International Sales Executive / Manager responsible for developing and managing international markets.
The role involves managing international sales processes, building strong relationships with global customers and distributors, identifying new markets, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The candidate will frequently communicate with overseas clients, negotiate contracts, manage inquiries, and provide excellent customer service while driving export sales growth.
- Develop and manage international sales and export markets for company products.
- Identify and establish relationships with distributors, importers, and OEM customers globally.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, trade platforms, industry databases, and exhibitions.
- Handle the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information to international clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for production planning, logistics, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide high-quality customer service.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry events when required.
- Strong knowledge of International Sales and International Business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Understanding of international trade procedures, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international communication.
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience using LinkedIn or digital platforms for lead generation is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Degree in International Business or International Relations is an advantage.
- MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred.
- 38 years experience in International Sales / Export Sales.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering products, cylinders, pressure vessels, steel products, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.
