Job Description
Techeon IT Services is looking for motivated and result-driven International Business Development Managers & Executives who have hands-on experience in both International and Domestic IT markets . The ideal candidate should be strategic, quick-thinking, and skilled in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Drive business development across International and Domestic markets
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Use platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and other tools
- Explore innovative and diverse methods for lead generation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 27 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales
- Proven experience in International & Domestic sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- Employment Type: Full-time
