About the Job

Techeon IT Services is looking for motivated and result-driven International Business Development Managers & Executives who have hands-on experience in both International and Domestic IT markets . The ideal candidate should be strategic, quick-thinking, and skilled in lead generation and client acquisition.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive business development across International and Domestic markets
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Use platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and other tools
  • Explore innovative and diverse methods for lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 27 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales
  • Proven experience in International & Domestic sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
