Job Description
REPORTING TO: Lead - International Sales
TYPE OF ROLE: Individual Contributor Role
LOCATION: Corporate Office, Mumbai.
BU/ DIVISION: Exports
JOB PURPOSE:
To support the international sales team in the Sales and marketing of Bajaj products in the overseas markets (specific region).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan and Execute market entry strategy by conducting competitors analysis and market research.
- To be actively involved in business development and new customer acquisition through various initiatives (attending International Trade Fairs, channel partner and distributor meets).
- To take accountability from generating enquiry to conversion of a deal.
- Responsible for Pricing finalization & Promotion activities for the products.
- To achieve sales target/desired profit as per the given markets by expanding dealer and distributor networks.
- To coordinate with concern BUs/ SCM/Vendors for smooth flow of export orders.
- To expand business in all categories. Using DMDC approach across all channels and across all product categories.
- To conduct marketing activities through BTL to boost sales.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation / B.E./ BTech (any) + MBA / PGDM (International Business, Marketing)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 6-7 years of experience (overall) in various sales formats
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales in Consumer durable, FMCG
CERTIFICATIONS
International Testing/certification standards. Knowledge on International Trade/INCO terms.
