International Sales Executive

Location: Pune (International Travel as Required)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in International Markets

Industry: FMCG / Food / Manufacturing (preferred)

Compensation: Up to 4.5 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and globally oriented International Sales Executive with proven experience in developing and managing overseas markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international trade, distributor development, export documentation, and cross-border negotiations. This role is based in Pune and requires travel to international markets as business demands.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and channel partners

Drive export sales growth and achieve international revenue targets

Build and manage long-term relationships with overseas clients

Handle commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth export operations and order execution

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities

Manage collections, payment terms (LC/TT), and export profitability

Ideal Candidate Profile

57 years of hands-on experience in international sales/export markets

Strong understanding of global trade practices, Incoterms & export documentation

Proven track record of expanding overseas business

Experience in distributor development and channel management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel internationally as required

Result-driven with strong commercial acumen
