We are looking to hire International Sales Executives with hands-on experience in international B2B sales of Rice/ Food commodities This role involves direct calling, buyer follow-ups, lead management, order generation, and export coordination.


Key Responsibilities

International B2B sales calls to overseas buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers).

Lead generation and order conversion for rice export products.

Follow-up with international buyers via Calls, WhatsApp, and Email.

Explain rice varieties, specifications, packaging options, pricing, payment terms, and shipment details.

Maintain and update Zoho CRM with leads, follow-ups, and buyer communication.

Prepare and manage Excel sheets for buyer database, sales pipeline, and lead tracking.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and internal teams.

Handle buyers across multiple international time zones.

Ensure accurate reporting, follow-ups, and sales documentation.


Candidate Profile

Experience in international sales / export sales of rice or food/agro commodities (mandatory).

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive sales outreach.

Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, MS Excel, and export sales processes.

Experience dealing with importers, distributors, traders, and wholesalers.

45 years of experience in International Sales Executive.
