Job Description
Designation: International Sales Executive
Primary Responsibility: To support the export sales generation in international customer, coordination of documentation, order processing, and market development in specified country for ceramic tiles and related products.
Reporting to: Export Manager
Required Skills:
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP if any)
- Understanding of international customer handling (training provided)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn export procedures
- Detail-oriented and organized, Professional and polite communication style
Key Result Areas:
Internal:
- Assist in handling international inquiries from overseas buyers and distributors
- Prepare and share product details, catalogues, quotations, and price lists
- Coordinate with senior export managers for negotiations and follow-ups
- Maintain communication with customers through email, calls and video calls
- Identify new overseas buyers through online platforms and trade portals
- Also they have to travel international customer visit and convert sales
External:
- Support preparation of export orders, order confirmations and entry in CRM
- Coordinate with Operation teams for order execution
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding dispatch schedules
- Follow up regarding sample process
- Prepare basic export sales MIS and follow-up reports
- Update seniors with daily/weekly progress
Evaluation Criteria:
Internal:Every Month and Every Quarter will evaluation of number of container sales as per target and also check number of customer repeated order
External: Customer feedback and customer satisfaction level
Primary Internal Interactions: Accounts and Operation Dept
Education Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc preferred)
Work Experience: Fresher / Entry-level candidate
Working Hours: 9.30 AM- 6.00 PM
Location: Rajkot
