Role Overview :-

As an International Sales Executive at SLTL Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving international revenue growth for our advanced laser and engineering solutions.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Drive international business development across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas, etc.)
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with global clients, distributors, and channel partners
  • Present technical product solutions (Laser Systems, Medical Devices, Diamond Tools, etc.) to clients in a consultative manner
  • Participate in international exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars representing SLTLs solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation in coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor competitor activities and share feedback for strategy alignment
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for pre- and post-sales support
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and MIS as required


Candidate Profile :-

  • 25 years of proven international B2B sales experience in capital machinery / high-tech equipment
  • Exposure to engineering or laser technology products preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural understanding
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and demonstrate product value
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and global sales documentation
  • Willingness to travel internationally (3050% travel expected)
  • Strong follow-up and customer management capabilities


Education :-

  • Bachelors in Engineering
  • MBA (International Business / Marketing) preferred
