Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an International Sales Coordinator.
The role involves managing international sales related activities, coordinating with clients, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The International Sales Coordinator will oversee sales operations, work closely with internal and external teams, effectively handle client inquiries, ensure timely processing & delivery of sales support tasks and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
Requirements

Proven skills in sales operations & client servicing
Strong communication skills
Experience in order processing, coordination, and efficient workflows
Proficiency in English and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively
Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and collaborate with a cross-functional team
Proficient in making MIS reports
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Prior experience in client servicing/ops or in the natural stone industry is a plus
