With proven deployments in aviation and a strong telecom backbone, we are now accelerating expansion intoSoutheast Asia (SEA)andMiddle East & North Africa (MENA)markets.
Role OverviewWe are looking for aSeasoned, commercially sharp, aviation-savvy International Sales & Client Success Managerto lead expansion of22Northacross MENA and SEA.
This is a high-ownership role combining:
- Strategic aviation account management
- Enterprise sales
- RFP leadership
- Telecom-aligned solution selling
The ideal candidate understandsairline operations + telecom infrastructure + enterprise SaaS selling.
This role directly drives new revenue and will be performance and commission heavy.
Key Responsibilities1. Aviation & Travel Account Leadership (22North Focus)- Own relationships with airlines, airport operators, travel tech platforms, and aviation stakeholders.
- Position 22North as a telecom-grade passenger communication solution.
- Engage CX, IT, Digital, Operations, and Commercial leaders within airline environments.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing aviation accounts.
- Build long-term strategic relationships across MENA and SEA.
- Identify and pursue enterprise airline and travel-tech opportunities.
- Navigate complex airline buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Represent Phonon and 22North at aviation forums, airline meetings, and industry events.
- Own the full sales lifecycle:
- Lead qualification
- Discovery & solution mapping
- Commercial structuring
- Negotiation & closure
- Lead high-quality responses to airline RFPs and government tenders.
- Align telecom infrastructure capabilities with aviation compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams for solution design.
- Conduct demos and solution walkthroughs tailored to airline operations teams.
You are likely:
- 1015 years into enterprise B2B sales or strategic account management.
- Experienced inTravel / Airline Sales / Aviation Technology / Telecom Solutions.
- Comfortable selling intoMENA and/or SEA markets.
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-country enterprise deals.
- Technically fluent ideally with a background in:
- IT Engineering
- Telecom Engineering
- Network Infrastructure
- SaaS Platforms
- Prior airline or aviation ecosystem experience.
- Understanding of IATA frameworks and airline technology environments.
- Experience selling CPaaS, telecom APIs, or communication platforms.
- Existing network in airlines across MENA or SEA.
- Multilingual capability (Arabic or Bahasa is a plus).
- Base location:Vadodara (India)preferred.
- Remote working may be considered depending on candidate profile and geography.
- International travel expected (approx. 2030%).
- Commission-heavy, performance-driven compensation.
