Frese Recruiting GmbH is a Germany-based international recruitment company specializing in placing healthcare professionals especially physiotherapists into leading clinics and practices across Germany.

We support candidates throughout their entire journey: job placement, recognition of qualifications, visa process, and relocation. Our service is completely free for candidates, and we work with some of the best healthcare employers in Germany.

As part of our expansion in India, we are building our team in Bangalore and are looking for a motivated International Recruiter who wants to grow together with an international company from the beginning.

Your Role

You will work directly with healthcare professionals who want to build a career in Germany. You will guide candidates through the first stages of the process and ensure they are well prepared before entering the international recruitment process.

This role combines recruiting, communication, and coordination and offers strong growth potential as our India team expands.

Your Responsibilities

• Active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and social media
• Conducting consultation calls with candidates (phone & video)
• Explaining career opportunities in Germany and our process
• Supporting candidates in collecting and organizing required documents
• Maintaining candidate information in our CRM system
• Following up with candidates and ensuring smooth communication
• Supporting recruitment events and university partnerships
• Close collaboration with our German team

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Bachelors degree or comparable education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with candidates via phone and video calls
• Organized and structured working style
• Experience in recruitment, counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Interest in international careers and healthcare is an advantage
• German language skills are a plus but not required
