Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an International Real Estate Investment Consultant, based in Noida. The candidate will engage in selling high-end residential and commercial properties, provide tailored real estate consultation services, and oversee client onboarding. Responsibilities also include developing client relationships, negotiating transactions, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes market research and staying updated on luxury and investment property trends.
Qualifications

Experience in Real Estate, particularly in the luxury or commercial properties segment
Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation to close deals effectively
Understanding of Real Property and investment market trends
Ability to provide Training and mentorship to support team growth
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with real estate regulations
